My baby is battling a nasty virus right now. Coughing, fever, runny nose, chills, body aches.... He's been passed out on the floor for two hours on a blanket and pillow bed I made him :( I woke him up long enough to give him Motrin and take his temperature (100.5) and then he was out again.
I may or may not get out my two orders before Jan 1; that depends on the baby and whether or not hubby and/or I get sick as well, which I am preparing for because I'm starting to lose my voice and have a runny nose as well.
Please pray that the baby gets better soon, and that hubby and I don't get sick, or at least not as severe. Thanks and God bless. Enjoy the rest of this Christmas season!
A long time ago I saw an artist use this method for a guitar giveaway..... slips of paper with each name on it thrown in front of a fan. I really loved this idea, plus I had some technical difficulties with random.org so I decided to use this method :)

The one that blows the farthest (furthest?) wins....

Vacation was so wonderful for 2 1-2 days, but now it's back to the grind.... Have 3 orders to get out tomorrow, and none of them are complete. All of the dolls are cut and stamped together, but only 2 have details, and only one of those is sewn and stuffed. It's midnight now and I'm still sewing.... Mostly my fault because instead of taking advantage of my family keeping the baby overnight so that I could sew, I took a long (much needed) nap without setting an alarm. Ooops. So now I'm awake at midnight sewing instead of sleeping. Well, these orders paid for splurges on vacation so it's time to get them finished and sent out!
.... so I have a gift for everyone who orders a 10-piece nativity scene today.
For every 10-piece nativity scene ordered today, I will include ONE saint doll of your choice for free, even if it is a saint that is not listed on my site already! That's right, folks, even a custom order will count for this gift. That is a $15 value, absolutely free.
Hurry up, because this offer ends tonight at 11:59 pm EST.
I finally finished all of the pieces of the 10-piece nativity scene and the Three Wise Men set. I'll post much better pictures tomorrow! Be sure to come back to see them!! You won't be disappointed.
